Shipping Policy

Sanctuary T can ship via UPS & USPS, either domestically or internationally. In addition to shipping time, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order.For domestic orders shipped via UPS Standard Ground please allow for 7-10 days overall delivery time. For international orders, the shipping time may vary.

Free Shipping on Orders over $25 is limited to the forty-eight contiguous states of the U.S. and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, or international orders. Packages with free shipping are sent via U.S Postal Ground Service.

Returns Information

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of tea, food or beverage products due to U.S. food regulations. However, we are committed to your satisfaction. To return any non-food products for a refund or exchange:

1. Email us at customerservice@sanctuaryt.com.
2. Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip.
3. For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Sanctuary T is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
