Nothing beats cold in the winter like a hot cup of spicy, invigorating ginger tea! Ginger tea has been used for thousands of years to aid digestion, fight infection and inflammation, promote appetite, fight nausea, and improve circulation. Add peppermint, honey, turmeric, and/or lemon to make an even more powerful and potent elixir. 

Steep at 195 degrees for 5-7 minutes. 

*Note: Every 2 ounces (oz.) of tea can brew approximately 20 cups. (i.e. 2 oz. = 20 cups, 4 oz. = 40 cups, etc.)
