Rooibos tea comes from the leaves of a shrub indigenous to South Africa. Green Rooibos is not fermented, giving it a grassier and tangier flavor. This variety contains more nutrients than the traditional Red Rooibos.
Steep at 195 degrees for 5-7 minutes.
*Note: Every 2 ounces (oz.) of tea can brew approximately 20 cups. (i.e. 2 oz. = 20 cups, 4 oz. = 40 cups, etc.)
